feat(write): 实现自定义模板功能并优化模板管理

- 新增保存当前内容为模板的功能
- 实现模板的删除操作
- 优化模板列表显示,增加自定义模板标记
- 改进模板内容的加载逻辑,优先使用模板内容
- 修复了一些与模板相关的UI和交互问题
